1. Return Eligibility & Grounds for Return

We accept returns and process refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: The product arrives damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), or has a verifiable manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We shipped an item that does not match the product description or model number on your Sales Confirmation.
  • Major Non-Conformity: The product has a major fault that cannot be easily remedied and significantly impacts its functionality.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect order placement.
  • Compatibility issues unless a specific compatibility guarantee was provided in writing by us prior to the order.
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the performance of the product.
  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery through misuse, improper handling, or accident.

2. Return Process: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Notification
You must notify us of your intent to return a product within 7 calendar days of receipt for wrong items, or within the 12-month warranty period for defective items. Notification must be sent via email to 3504575281@qq.com and include:

  • Your company name and order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue (e.g., “LED driver not powering on,” “board has visible physical damage”).
  • Clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect or error.

Step 2: Issuance of RMA Number
After reviewing your claim, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be refused at the receiving dock.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Ship the product to the address we provide with your RMA notification.
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

3. Inspection and Resolution

Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the claimed issue.

  • If the claim is validated: We will, at our discretion and as your sole remedy, either:
    • (a) Repair the product and return it to you;
    • (b) Replace the product with an identical or equivalent new product; or
    • (c) Issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • If the claim is not validated: (e.g., no fault found, damage caused by user error) the product will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. Refunds

  • Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we confirm the valid return and approve the refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment processor’s policies.

5. Warranty Claims
